Back Bay
Back Bay is one of the most exclusive residential areas in Boston. While it is known for its iconic Victorian brownstones, there are a number of new developments, such as the 61-story Four Seasons Residences at One Dalton, and the 33-story Raffles Boston Back Bay Hotel & Residences, scheduled to open in 2022.
Beacon Hill
Beacon Hill with its iconic brick sidewalks, decorative iron work and Federal-style row houses is the oldest historic district in Massachusetts. It is also one of the most desirable and expensive neighborhoods in Boston. Two new developments in Beacon Hill include the 45-story luxury residential tower, Sudbury, located at 1 Congress Street and the Archer, a boutique condominium, at 20 Ashburton Place.
Boston Seaport
